Pakistan

Thousands of people in several cities across Pakistan held rallies to mark al-Quds Day to express solidarity with the oppressed people of Palestine.

Major Quds rallies were staged after Friday prayers, and the rallies would be culminated before Iftar, Shia Post reported.

The Quds Day is observed all over the world on an appeal from Imam Khomeini, the founder of Islamic Revolution since early 1980s.

Pakistani nation doesn’t recognize Israel as a state or nation but they hold the fake and illegitimate state of Israel as the usurper of the Holy Land of Palestine where Arabs are in majority but racist Zionists had brought in Jews from all over the world in a bid to change the demography in favor of racists Zionists.

The International Quds Day is an annual event opposing Israel's occupation of Beitul-Muqaddas. Anti-Zionist rallies and demonstrations are held on the last Friday of Ramadan in Muslim and Arab countries around the world, specially in Iran, as well as a large number of non-Muslim states.

The International Quds Day was started by the late Founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, in 1979 as a way of expressing solidarity with the Palestinians and underscoring importance of the holy Quds to Muslims.
