RNA - "Despite the fact that the enemies have created insecurities in the regional states, Iran enjoys a sustainable security," Admiral Sayyari said.

He reiterated that security in most of the countries is deteriorating, but it is improving day by day in Iran.

"Security has a special status in any country and enemies of Islam have attempted to disrupt Iran’s security, but they failed," Admiral Sayyari added.

In relevant remarks in July, Lieutenant Commander of the IRGC Brigadier General Hossein Salami underlined that Iran is the most secure country in the region.

"Iran is the island of stability and security in the region," General Salami said in the Southern city of Abadan, addressing joint military drills by IRGC and the country's Law Enforcement Forces.

Iran enjoys a highly powerful and integrated air defense system equipped with the state-of-the-art technology. Last September, the country unveiled new home-made radar systems capable of detecting radar-evading targets in any electronic warfare.

The long-range and high-precision radar systems are also capable of detecting targets in low radar cross section, resistant to radar-evading and anti-radar missiles. Many radar systems have been mounted in the mountainous and plain regions in Southeastern Iran.
