Rasa - The Syrian Army troops hit hard the positions and gathering centers of the Al-Nusra Front (also known as Fatah al-Sham Front or the Levant Liberation Board) in different parts of Dara'a province, inflicting a number of casualties on the terrorists and destroying their military hardware.

RNA - The army units targeted the Al-Nusra centers across Dara'a province and city, destroying a cannon base North of al-Bitar farm, a rocket launcher South of Dara'a city, a checkpoint in al-Sad road and an ammunition depot West of the post office building in Dara'a al-Balad district.

 

Informed sources reported that a number of terrorists were killed and wounded in al-Karak neighborhood and most members of a terrorist group were killed on Tafas-North Dara'a road in the army attacks.

 

Earlier this month, the army troops launched several assaults on the Al-Nusra Front's positions and moves in al-Karak, al-Sibah, al-Bihar, al-Arba'een, Hara al-Badou/al-Badou district, Hara al-Faran and areas near al-Masri square in Dara'a al-Balad and smashed 7 of their command posts.

 

During the operations, 14 al-Nusra Front militants were killed and 20 others were wounded and one of their military vehicles equipped with 14.5mm machinegun was also destroyed.
