RNA - Fire crews were alerted to the blaze at 3:30 a.m. on Saturday at the 4700 block of Doss Road in the Hudson Bay area of Lake Travis, fire officials said in a press release. Upon arrival, firefighters found the three-story building completely engulfed in flames, officials said.
The Travis County Fire Marshal's office is currently investigating the cause of the fire. The building was undergoing partial reconstruction at the time of the fire, according to fire officials' updates on Facebook.
“This is a great loss to us, and we are requesting the community to restrain from drawing any conclusion before the investigation is completed," members of the Islamic Center of Lake Travis wrote on their Facebook page. "May Allah keep our community safe and blessed."
