RNA – Safi Makki, a representative of Ayatollah Sistani in a visit to Salahuddin Province delivered the message on behalf of the source of emulation Ayatollah Sistani to the Iraqi people’s popular mobilisation forces.
Makki quoted the message containing the following main points: “Patience, a promise of quick victory, ensuring to preserve the brotherly bond between fighters, fostering unity between the various people’s resistance groups, and an emphasis on protecting the wealth of the people.”
He also congratulated and thanked the resistance forces particularly the Ali al-Akbar Battalions for their quick and decisive victories.
Haider al-Abadi, the Prime Minister of Iraq also announced yesterday the commencement of the second phase of the ‘Muhammad Rasool Allah’ military operations to rid the remainder of Salahuddin Province from ISIS terrorists.
