RNA - Hesham Abdul Karim, head of Al Zeituna University, met with Ayatollah Mohammad Yazdi, head of Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, highlighted commonalities of all Islamic schools of Thought and necessity of a united measure against Takfiri groups, reported Taqrib News.
 
He said," Disagreements among Islamic denominations is in the secondary laws and that cannot be a serious damage to these schools of thought."
 
Tunisian figure in this meeting, called the killing of Muslims in Yemen and Syria as a continuation of Wahhabism and that these thoughts are rooted in the deviate thoughts, ignorance and lack of logicality among some Arabs in Saudi Arabia.
 
Hesham Abdul Karim rejected fatwas issued by Takfiri (excommunication) groups to be out of Sharia frames and stressed, "All these killings of Muslims by DAESH has tarnished the image of Islam in the world."
 
He expressed his deep affection to the household of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and referred to the role of Ahlul Bayt (AS) in conquer of Tunisia.
