Rasa News Agency Reports – Today, in the commemoration of the martyrs of Baqaeya region, Hezbollah's political bureau chief, Ibrahim Amin al-Sayed, mentioning the American and Zionist conspiracies to destroy Syria said: “The goal of the anti-resistance axis in [creating the] crisis in Syria is to damage and weaken the country”.
He asked the Lebanese people to witness the on-going events of the region with their insight and said: “The downfall of the Assad regime will only benefit the Zionist regime and the Zionist regime would prefer any other regime to replace with the current regime”.
“Some regional countries are not only after their own interests in Syria, but also some people inside Syria are being misused by these countries” Al-Sayed stated.
Hezbollah's political bureau chief added that in the 33-day war between Hezbollah and the Zionist regime, some were also spying inside Lebanon with the cooperation of the American embassy.
He considered Syria as the strategic center for the resistance movement and stressed that the enemy is after harming and overthrowing this important base of the Islamic resistance.
At the end of his speech, Al-Sayed said: “We will cooperate with any side that wants to end of violence for the benefit of the Syrian country and its nation”.
