A member of the Iranian Assembly of Leadership Experts, Ayatollah Mortaza Moqtadaei says the situation on the ground in Palestine is critical, adding that the Muslim community must take practical actions in support of the Palestinian nation.
The senior authority also told the Qods News Agency that the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini launched his campaign in support of the Palestinian issue quite before laying the foundation of the republic.
Also, the director of the Islamic Seminary of Qom, Ayatollah Moqtadaei said that the late Imam pursed his support for the Palestinian issue as a key strategy following the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979.
The leadership expert said the serving Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei has kept the solid line in support of the Palestinian people.
“The Islamic Republic has been supporting the innocent Palestinian people and will never leave them alone,” Ayatollah Moqtadaei added.
The senior authority believed that Muslims from any walks of life or social stand must support the Palestinian nation by spiritual ort material ways “so that the resilient nation is further encouraged to stand against the Zionists with all its force.”
