According to the correspondent of Rasa News Agency in the holy city of Najaf, a ceremony was held on the decease of Ayatollah Sheikh Muhammad Asif Mohseni in Najaf Ashraf.

Two sources of emulation, Ayatollah Sheikh Ishaq Fayyad and Ayatollah Sheikh Muhammad Yaqubi, together with representatives of other sources of emulation, scholars, seminary teachers and students and political, social and cultural figures attended in this ceremony.

Ayatollah Yaqubi extended condolences to Imam Zaman (AS), seminaries and the family of the deceased and prayed Heaven may bestow upon him highest positions.

Ayatollah Mohseni passed away on July 26 in Kabul and was laid in rest in Khatam al-Nabiein Seminary of this city.
