The Damascus Army warded off the terrorist groups’ attacks on government forces’ military positions in Northern Hama and Southern Idlib.

RNA - “The terrorist groups stationed in the demilitarized zone in Northern Syria launched rocket attacks on the Syrian Army’s military points in Kharbeh al-Naqous and al-Hakoureh in Sahl al-Ghab in Northwestern Hama and violated the ceasefire for the third consecutive day,” the Arabic-language al-Watan newspaper quoted battlefield sources as saying.

Meantime, the Syrian army continued its military advances in other parts of Syria over past 24 hours.

Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army's operations in provinces across Syria.

Hama-Idlib

The Syrian Army warded off the terrorist groups’ attacks on the government forces’ military positions in Northern Hama and Southern Idlib.

According to Fars News Agancy, the Arabic-language al-Watan newspaper quoted battlefield sources as saying that the terrorist groups stationed in the demilitarized zone in Northern Syria launched rocket attacks on the Syrian Army’s military points in Kharbeh al-Naqous and al-Hakoureh in Sahl al-Ghab in Northwestern Hama and violated the ceasefire for the third consecutive day.

The sources noted that a large number of terrorists were killed and wounded in the Syrian Army’s artillery and missile attacks on their military positions, while the rest of the militants were forced to retreat from their positions.

Meantime, the Syrian government forces attacked the terrorists’ movements towards the Syrian Army’s military points in Northern Hama and Southern Idlib.

Dara’a

The Syrian Army discovered a large volume of weapons and ammunition, including US-made missiles, from arms depot in formerly-held positions of the terrorists in the Southern part of Syria.

The Syrian Army’s engineering units found a large cache containing different combat rifles, over 200,000 bullets, large amount of canons, mortar rounds and US TOW missiles together with launching-pads.

The Syrian Army troops also found large number of anti-tank machineguns, rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs), bombs, hand-grenades, drones and night-vision cameras.
