The member of the faculty of the Institute of Islamic Culture and Thought:
Hujjat al-Islam Mohajernia said that the Islamic Seminaries are relevant to all sections of society and added, “Every act that the Islamic Seminaries does has an effect on all sections of society.”

RNA – In an exclusive interview with Rasa News Agency, Hujjat al-Islam Mohsen Mohajernia referred to the important instructions of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution [Ayatollah Khamenei] during a meeting with members of the Supreme Council of the Islamic Seminaries on the necessity of safeguarding revolutionary passion in the seminaries and said, “The Islamic Seminaries are the arms of the production of religious knowledge for the Islamic system, just as the universities are the arms of the production of experimental sciences for the Islamic system.”

The member of the faculty of the Institute of Islamic Culture and Thought continued, “The knowledge that the seminary is the trustee of is related to the ethics, religion, behaviour and the lifestyle of society and to all of its sections and therefore, the position of the seminaries is very important and any knowledge it has it has effects all sections of society and if the seminaries are revolutionary, they can revolutionize the whole of society.”

Referring to the meaning of revolutionary, Hujjat al-Islam Mohajernia said, “The definition of being revolutionary is very important because some define being revolutionary in a way that excludes a large part of the pro-revolutionary forces and even excludes some definitions of the sources of imitation of being revolutionary.”

His Eminence added, “We must not allow a non-revolutionary reading of the revolutionary. It’s very important that the Supreme Leader insists in his meetings with senior officials of the Islamic Seminaries that revolutionary passion isn’t forgotten in the Islamic Seminaries, especially in the last few months where revolutionary thinking has demonstrated itself through the martyrdom of General Qasem Soleymani.”

In conclusion, Hujjat al-Islam Mohajernia referred to the story of the IRGC’s missile attack on the United States’ Ayn al-Asad Airbase in Iraq and said, “In 1988, Americans martyred 296 innocent people in an attack on Iran Air Flight 655 but we could not do anything while today, we rained down rockets on the largest American base in the region and no one dared to respond. This revolutionary spirit of revival and demonstration of the revival of the ideology of the Islamic Revolution is such that it requires intellectual support and appreciation and this must be done by the Islamic Seminaries and scholars.”
