Syria in Last 24 Hours:
Rasa - The Damascus Army continued mop-up operations in the Southeastern part of Deir Ezzur over the past 24 hours, and discovered several ISIL depots of arms and ammunition made in the western states.

RNA - The Syrian Army's engineering units carried out cleansing operation in the town of Sabikhan in Southeastern Deir Ezzur and discovered a depot of arms and ammunition in ISIL's positions with a large volume of shoulder-launched missiles, cannons, tanks and mortars, including those made in the western countries.

 

Other army units, meantime, seized a large warehouse of medicines and medical equipment in a field hospital in the town of Dablan East of Deir Ezzur city that once was under ISIL's occupation.

 

Meantime, the Syrian army continued its military advances in other parts of Syria over past 24 hours.

 

Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army's operations in provinces across Syria.

 

Deir Ezzur

 

The Syrian Army continued mop-up operation in Southeastern Deir Ezzur on Saturday, and discovered several ISIL depots of arms and ammunition made in western states.

 

The army's engineering units carried out cleansing operation in the town of Sabikhan in Southeastern Deir Ezzur and discovered a depot of arms and ammunition in ISIL's positions with a large volume of shoulder-launched missiles, cannons, tanks and mortars, including those made in the western countries.

 

In the meantime, other units of the army seized a large warehouse of medicines and medical equipment in a field hospital in the town of Dablan East of Deir Ezzur city that once was under ISIL's occupation.

 

Also, the army men found a weapon-making workshop in Sabikhan which was once used by ISIL to manufacture missiles.

 

Sweida

 

The Syrian Army men continued storming ISIL's positions in the Eastern desert of Sweida on Saturday, killing over thirty terrorists and wounding several more.

 

The army units struck ISIL positions in the rocks in Toloul a-Safa and managed to advance towards Tal Abu Qanem, killing more than thirty militants and wounding dozens more.

 

Other units of the army further advanced in the depth of the Eastern desert of Sweida and captured more areas in Qabr Sheikh Hossein and Um Marzakh in Toloul al-Safa.

 

The army men further destroyed two military vehicles of the terrorists, equipped with heavy guns, in al-Hawi and Khirbet al-Hawi regions towards Tal Qanem.

 

In the meantime, local sources reported that the Syrian army and their allies from the National Defense Forces (NDF) and Syrian Social Nationalist Party advanced at least two kilometers deep into ISIL’s position in Toloul al-Safa.

 

The army men seized several depots of ISIL's arms and ammunition in Toloul al-Safa.

 

Aleppo

 

A number of gunmen were killed or wounded in a fresh round of clashes among Ankara-backed militants in occupied Afrin in Northwestern Aleppo on Saturday.

 

Terrorists of Ahrar al-Sharqiyeh opened fire at each other in the town of Afrin that inflicted several casualties on both warring sides.

 

Abu al-Qamed, a field commander of Ahrar al-Sharqiyeh, was injured in the clash.

 

Local sources said that the terrorists had already fought over distribution of assets they looted from civilians in Afrin.

 

In the meantime, a bomb planted in the vehicle of Fazel Lahmouni, one of the commanders of al-Shamal Asefah Brigade affiliated to Ankara-backed Free Army, went off near the town of Sheran Northeast of the town of Afrin.

 

Idlib

 

Terrorist groups, deployed in Northwestern Syria, went on alert on Saturday as the government forces reinvigorated their combat capabilities for an imminent large-scale operation in Idlib, Lattakia, Hama and Aleppo provinces.

 

The National Liberation Front kept fighters on alert in Northwestern Syria, urging allied militants to help them counter the Damascus forces' major operation in the region.

 

In the meantime, the army sent hundreds of forces and a large volume of military hardware, including tanks, personnel carrier and armored vehicles, to mountains in Northeastern Lattakia, Northern Hama and Southern Idlib.

 

Hama

 

Three more drones of the terrorist groups were shot down by the Syrian Air Defense over Hama city on Saturday.

 

According to Fars News Agancy, the Syrian military servicemen have destroyed three unmanned aerial vehicles launched by militants over Hama city, head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Opposing Sides in Syria, Maj. Gen. Alexei Tsygankov said.

 

"Two attempts by illegal armed groups to attack government forces using unmanned aerial vehicles were registered in Hama during daylight hours. Three militants’ UAVs were shot down by the Syrian armed forces’ air defense systems," he explained.

 

According to Tsygankov, despite the cessation of hostilities, participants in the reconciliation process continue to register violations by illegal armed groups operating in the Idlib de-escalation zone.
