RNA - The Syrian Army launched heavy artillery and missile attacks against the positions and moves of the terrorist groups in the towns of al-Latamineh and Kafr Zita and the adjacent areas as well as the villages of Hasraya, al-Zakat, Ma'arkabeh, al-Sayad, Tal al-Sakhar and al-Janaberah in Northern and Northwestern Hama in response to Jeish al-Izzah terrorists' missile strikes against Zalin military base in Northwestern Hama.
The Syrian army troops also intensified missile and artillery attacks against Tahrir al-Sham and other terrorist groups' positions in Tal Wasit, al-Qarqour, al-Zayareh, al-Mashik and al-Sarmaniyeh in Western Idlib.
During the operations, several positions of the terrorists were destroyed and a large number of militants were killed and wounded.
Meantime, the Syrian army continued its military advances in other parts of Syria over past 24 hours.
Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army's operations in provinces across Syria.
Hama-Idlib
The Syrian army attacked the positions of Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at in Western Idlib as other units of the army repelled militants' offensive in Northwestern Hama.

Meantime, the Syrian army forces intensified missile and artillery attacks against Tahrir al-Sham and other terrorist groups' positions in Tal Wasit, al-Qarqour, al-Zayareh, al-Mashik and al-Sarmaniyeh in Western Idlib as well as the triangle of Western Jisr al-Shaqour-Northeastern Lattakia-Sahl al-Iqab.
Field sources said that the terrorists have sustained heavy casualties, adding that the Syrian army attacks came in preparation for their massive military operations in Idlib province.
Quneitra
The Syrian army captured new regions in Quneitra province under a peace agreement which includes surrender or retreat of the terrorists from occupied areas.
The Syrian army forces retook control of Talat al-Qaba and Krom al-Hamriyeh regions South of the town of Hazar and North of Jabat al-Khashab, hoisting the Syrian flags in them.
Meantime, the engineering units of the Syrian army conducted demining operations in the region.
Also, the Russian defense ministry reported that over 4,200 militants have left Southwestern Syria for Idlib in line with the peace agreement in the region.
Damascus
The Syrian military sources said that they shot down two Israeli reconnaissance drones West of Damascus.
The Syrian Army's air defense systems reportedly engaged multiple targets, possibly hostile warplanes or projectiles, Sputnik reported.
According to Syrian activist Wael al-Russi, three missiles and one Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, or drone, were downed by Syria's air defenses. Two of the missiles were apparently thwarted in South of the city and another in the Northwest. The drone was shot down West of the city, according to the activist. Syrian Journalist Kevork Almassian said his military sources confirmed an "enemy target" was intercepted to the West.
Syrian state media outlet SANA has confirmed the downing of an "enemy" target in Western Damascus. They outlet has apparently posted footage of the country's air defense systems at work.
Aleppo
The Syrian army killed a number of terrorists, including their military commander, in an operation against the militants in Western Aleppo.
The Syrian army's missile and artillery units heavily pounded the terrorists' positions and moves in Hawir al-Ais and al-Rashideen region in Western Aleppo in response to the terrorists' missile strikes against the safe regions in 1070 residential area in al-Hamdaniyeh region of Aleppo.
Missile and artillery attacks were also launched against the terrorists' positions in the towns of Zaitan and Khalseh in Southwestern Aleppo.
Field sources also reported that a number of terrorists, including one of their military commanders, namely Younes al-Shabli, was killed in al-Rashideen region during the Syrian army operations in Western Aleppo.
