US President Donald Trump receives the Order of Abdulaziz al-Saud medal from Saudi Arabia

RNA - In an interview with on Tuesday, Mark Dankof, a former US Senate candidate, characterized US foreign policy as Saudi and Israeli-driven emphasizing US culpability in Saudi war crimes in Yemen.

“The atrocities that are being committed by them [Saudis] in that country [Yemen] are coming out on virtually a daily basis. It is impossible to divorce this from the moral and political culpability of the United States in this matter, because obviously this is all being done for the most part with American weaponry.”

Dankof, who is also a broadcaster and pastor in San Antonio, Texas, stated that Trump’s foreign policy, including his arms deals with Saudi Arabia, a covert increase in troop levels in Afghanistan and a heightened presence in Syria indicate US foreign policy is still run “by the Israelis, Saudis, arms sellers and the banks.”

Such policies do not benefit average Americans and are in contradiction with Trump’s “America First” campaign slogan, he added.
