Rasa - Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has conferred the ‘Fath’ (Victory) medal to commanders of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) naval forces for arresting US Marines who trespassed on Iran’s territorial waters.
