Abdel Bari Atwan, the editor-in-chief of Ray al-Youm newspaper, referred to Washington's reaction to the downing of its spy drone over the Iranian territories and the recent Yemeni drone attacks against the Saudi oil facilities, and said US President Donald Trump has displayed himself as a "paper tiger".
