Rasa - The United Nations Security Council should come up with a solution to prevent the United States from imposing unilateral sanctions on other countries, says an academic, adding that the world body should take practical steps to preserve the Iran nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
