Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani, saying that clerics should avoid living a luxurious life, stressed, "In addition to the acquisition of knowledge, seminary members are supposed to participate in social and political activities."

RNA - Ayatollah Hussein Nouri Hamedani, a source of emulation, attending in the opening ceremony of seminaries' new education year, held in Feyzzieh Seminary, said that clerics should invite people to religion through their conducts and then stated, "The first phase of guiding people is studying at seminaries, and the first condition of being a seminary student is honesty, therefore, seminary students should acquire religious knowledge solely for Heaven."

Saying that clerics should avoid having a luxurious life, stated, "Those clerics having and living a luxurious life are religious bandits, we should live a simple life and live similar to people."

Finally, Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani, saying that there should be no gap between the religion and policy, stressed, "In addition to acquisition of knowledge, clerics and seminary students are supposed to participate in political and social activities; they should be informed about what happens to Muslims across the world and do activities in this regard."
