The Friday prayer leader of Najaf maintained, “We condemn the entrance of new American forces into Iraq and their enmity against neighbouring countries.”

RNA - Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Sadr ad-Din Qobanchi, the Friday prayer leader of Najaf, in the sermons of this week’s Friday prayer, held in Fatima Kubra Hussainia, dealt with the entrance of new American military forces into Iraq and said, “Iraq condemns the return to the era of occupation and it won’t let others use its land as the base for exercising enmity towards our neighbours.”

Welcoming Muhammad Javad Zarif’s visit of Iraq, he said, “Iran regards its production of nuclear power as legal as it stresses its positions on support of Palestine and demolishing the Zionist Regime. They are both counterpoints to the wants of the US, Americans are attempting to push Iran away from the nuclear power as they back the Zionist Regime.”

Najaf Friday prayer leader stressed that the US meddles with the affairs of the independent nations and supports the occupying regime of Israel.

He added, “Iraq won’t let new forces enter its lands. All Iraqi groups unanimously are against the new decision of the US. We will stand against this act and will let no new solider enter our land.”
