Rasa – The revered source of emulation ‎thanked the IRGC for helping the flood victims and ‎said, “The ‎IRGC ‎have been and will be a permanent source of refuge for the people in every ‎arena.”‎

RNA – Speaking during a meeting with a group of commanders from the Ali ibn Abi Taleb ‎and Imam Sadeq Brigades of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Qom, Grand ‎Ayatollah Hoseyn Nouri-Hamadani referred to the emphasis of the narrations on defence and ‎security issues and said, “On the basis of the narrations, those who take steps in the ‎security arena must focus on learning and gaining expertise in combat and its application in ‎different fields.”‎

The revered source of emulation pointed to the increasing development of the weapons of ‎war, security issues and combat and said, “Today, there must be knowledge of the ‎application of advanced weapons of war among military personnel in the country so that ‎they can use these tools to advance Islam and the authority of the Islamic government.”‎

Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani emphasized the necessity of strengthening the spiritual dimension ‎of the armed forces of the country, saying, “The country’s military forces must strive to ‎advance and maintain Islam and the Islamic Revolution and always know that the spiritual ‎dimension has priority over the material dimensions.”‎

He also referred to the United States’ twelve conditions for negotiating with Iran and stated, ‎‎“The first condition for the United States to negotiate with Iran is that Iran should abandon ‎Islam. Therefore, we must be strong in terms of worldly means and spirituality so that we ‎can stand against the United States’ absurd logic.”‎

In conclusion, Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani thanked the IRGC for helping the flood victims and ‎said, “The IRGC ‎have been and will be a permanent source of refuge for the people in every ‎arena.”‎
