Lahore Friday Prayer Leader:‎
Rasa – Hujjat al-Islam ‎Naqvi ‎referred to the April 18th terrorist attack in Quetta and said, ‎‎“The details of this ‎incident aren’t being given intentionally. The government isn’t elaborating ‎on this and there ‎are two government officials involved in this.” ‎

RNA – In his Friday prayer sermon delivered to a large and fervent crowd of believers in ‎‎the‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎Pakistani city of Lahore, Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Jawad ‎Naqvi ‎referred to the April 12th ‎terrorist attack where least 14 people were shot dead by attackers after several buses were ‎ambushed in the remote Ormara area of Pakistan’s southwestern Baluchistan province and ‎said, “The details of this incident aren’t being given intentionally. The government isn’t ‎elaborating on this and there are two government officials involved in this. The identities ‎haven’t revealed but as per the names it can be seen that they were Shi’ahs. This has ‎happened in past as well in Baluchistan and in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, including in the ‎‎2012 attack in Lulusar, in which international terrorist groups like Daesh and al-Qaidah were ‎involved. There was another dreadful incident about to occur but due to government ‎involvement, it was foiled.”‎

The principal of Jami’at Urwat ‎‎al-Wuthqa Islamic ‎Seminary in Lahore continued, saying, “In ‎Hayat, Peshawar, there was a terrorist camp inside a house but the Inter-Services ‎Intelligence received news and they surrounded the house and then blew it up. After the ‎terrorist attack occurred in Quetta on April 12th, the people of Quetta held a sit-in protest, ‎which achieved its purpose. Shahriyar Khan Afridi, the former Minister of State for Interior, ‎his advisor, and president Arif Alavi went there and even Prime Minister Imran Khan wanted ‎to go there. These three terrorist attacks occurred despite the claim that they have ‎controlled terrorism but still such severe incidents are happening.”‎

Hujjat al-Islam ‎Naqvi‎ said, “Three elements have planted terrorism, protected it, nurtured it ‎and those roots are still present. The first is the ideological source of Takfiri thinking. Such ‎political views prepare the foundation of killing others as infidels. These roots were never ‎touched, not a single person was arrested and no case or condemnation occurred. The ‎second element is government sponsorship. Those who used their government positions to ‎sponsor, nurture, support and sympathize with the terrorists by backing this vision have got ‎the terrorists released from prison, promoted their leadership and given them state ‎protection.”‎

The Pakistani Shi’ah emphasized that not a single person has been called out in the media or ‎brought to court to question them as to why they did this and added, “The third element ‎which has become stronger than before is Arab wealth and funding of terrorism in Pakistan. ‎In the past, Libya was the first country to promote terrorism in Pakistan. General Mu’ammar ‎al-Qadhafi initiated terrorism in Pakistan and trained the terrorists here. Then Qatar came and ‎planted terrorism here. The United Arab Emirates, the hypocritical friend of Pakistan, has ‎sponsored terrorism and above all, Saudi Arabia has promoted and strengthened terrorism in ‎Pakistan the most.”‎

In other remarks, he said, “The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has formally announced ‎that they have accepted Pakistan’s loan request. Pakistan has accepted all the destructive ‎conditions of the loans. The IMF has previously announced that the Pakistani economy will ‎suffer great losses until 2020. The latest statement they have given is that the Pakistan ‎economy is a burden on the regional economy. This announcement is from the IMF which ‎has broken the back of many countries in the world economically. They have destroyed their ‎systems. IMF has been giving loans to Pakistan for many years and Pakistan has to pay high ‎interest rates on these loans every month.”‎

Hujjat al-Islam ‎Naqvi also referred to the April 9th elections in Israel and said that Benjamin ‎Netanyahu won with a small margin and immediately after his re-election, he spoke to ‎Muhammad ibn Salman, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, and decided that either one of them ‎would host a state meeting in order to create a front against Iran in the region and ‎overcome Iran in the region. ‎

‎“They believe that after the United States’ designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard ‎Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist group, Iran will become weak. The economic situation of Saudi ‎Arabia is weakening. They are expelling expatriates from their country, they are stopping ‎development work and more projects which are linked to their liberal policy are being ‎funded. Recently, a ceremony marking the opening of the biggest cinema in Saudi Arabia ‎was held. It’s a place of corruption and very filthy films are played there,” he said.‎
